Internships

If you can commit to a three month placement and are looking to pursue a career in teaching or business then we can offer you a fantastic opportunity to join the Travel to Teach team.

Interns will be based at our two most popular volunteer locations. Living in the dorms any one one on an internship will get the full volunteer experience and the chance to make a huge impact on the quality of our programs.

Head Office Intern

Small organisations require staff that can perform a range of tasks. As our head office intern you may be called upon to assist in many tasks from data entry to video production. We're looking for a business minded person with a creative streak. A distinctive writing style is an advantage as much of the work you do will involve copy writing. If you are a self started who is happy to muck in when needed then we would love to have you work with us.

In return you can expect from us three months free accommodation, assistance in securing your visa and a bundle of transferable skills to take home with you.

Teaching Intern

Living in the volunteer dorms you will be the primary teaching contact for our volunteers. Assisting with lesson planning and delivery whilst building up our resource library and improving the overall consistency of our teaching.

You will be expected to host the volunteer bi monthly teaching introduction and on a day to day basis work with the volunteer inside and outside of the classroom to support their teaching provision.

Due to the importance of this role we will only consider applications from qualified teachers or teaching graduates.

Successful applicants will receive three months free accommodation in either Chiang Mai, Thailand or Ubud, Bali and assistance in securing your visa.
