Group Volunteering

Group volunteering

Travel to Teach has always loved catering for groups of volunteers. Most of our groups choose to work alongside our individual volunteers on existing projects however we also offer the opportunity for groups to create bespoke projects.

Past group projects have included dentistry students delivering a two week educational scheme, Fulbright grant recipients studying the Thai educational system and many undergraduates restoring local primary schools and running English camps.

Group volunteering

The last couple of years we have established cooperation with Universities that send groups of students to volunteer with us for a few weeks.

A group from University of Southern California “Alternative Winter Break” is with us for the fourth time running and a group from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology keeps coming back.

We also have an interesting development where smaller groups of 6-7 friend and/or relations come volunteering together.

All group projects are set up by our coordinators in collaboration with yourselves and local communities ensuring that your project is beneficial to all those involved.

No matter which type of project you choose your group will always be consulted on your accommodation preferences and Travel to Teach will always endeavor to find you the best possible accommodation to suit your budget.

Group volunteeringWe offer fantastic discounts and accommodation options for groups of 5 or more people attending the same project location at the same time. For more information and to find out what we can do for your group please contact kerstin@travel-to-teach.org. We also offer regular discounts for groups of more than 5 people.
