"My name is Kerstin Ahlzen. I founded Travel to Teach not long after turning 58 and not long after arriving in Thailand. I initially came to Thailand to teach English and I, like many other new voluntary teachers, was nervous. Before long these nerves disappeared and within two months I was teaching four different subjects! There is no end to how resourceful one becomes when faced with a new environment, in a totally new context, and a totally new country.

The majority of our participants are aged between 18 and 30, however, we do accommodate for the more mature, and enjoy a good mix of all age groups, nationalities, and gender.

We offer special discounts and programmes for groups. So, if you are able to convince some of your friends that they should join you in experiencing a chance in a lifetime you will not regret it and you will find that it would be more than worth your while!"
